Uganda culture and wildlife Safari 12-Days 

The Uganda culture and wildlife will take you to the most loved sites offering an abundance of wildlife and also an experience into the cultural life style of the remote areas of Uganda. The exciting Chimpanzee and Gorilla trekking , morning and evening game drives in search for different animal like the Leopards, buffaloes, spotted hyenas, Elephants etc and a lot of bird species on this trip will make you enjoy that memorable life time African safari . Remember to carry your recording gears as you would not like to miss any of these exciting memories. 

Day1: Entebbe-Kampala. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide from Tailor Safaris who will then transfer you to Kampala and if you arrive early take Kampala city tour to historical, cultural, religious and academic sites Dinner and overnight at Cassia lodge where you will have panoramic view of Lake Victoria shoes as you enjoy the cool breezes from the Lake or Madagascar hotel. Over night at Hotel Africana/metropole Hotel H/B  Day 2:Kampala-to the source of the Nile-Jinja Jinja is the tourist city in Uganda where you can have adventurous activities like the white water rafting, bungee jumping, boat ride to the source of the Nile, fishing trips, Monument, a stop in Mabira forest, a visit to Bujagali falls and much more activities can be enjoyed like the Kayaking, quad biking, horse riding are amazing! Bungee jumping & Rafting  Option 1: Depart Kampala at 8:00 am for Jinja having a stop at Mabira forest and later proceed to the Source of the Nile. Later drive to Bujagali falls with an evening bungee jumping. Evening return to Kampala Option 2 It is rafting which activity begins in the morning and so it upon you to tailor your excursion and we shall give you a tailor-made safari, visit to the source of the Nile. Over night at Hotel Africana/metropole Hotel H/B  Day 3: Kampala-Murchison Falls National Park Have breakfast, after depart to north western Uganda with scenic drive view of undulating vegetations and land forms. Stop at Ziwa rhino sanctuary a home to the re-introduced rhinos which had extinct due to illegal hunting of local communities. Take the unforgettable rhino tracking in the wild-have picnic lunch at the Ziwa restaurant, after go for the rare shoe bill search riding the canoe dugout. Thereafter with filled experience proceed to the park where your Uganda tours will continue the following day. Dinner and overnight at Murchison River Lodge. Meal Plan; FB  Day 4: Game drive & Boat ride Dawn game drive to spot the early risers before they go into their hide and on this drive game viewing you will spot big fives like elephants, lions, Giraffe, buffaloes, leopards, and other wildlife species like Hartebeest, warthogs, water bucks and bush bucks as well as many of the other mammals of the park. For the birds you can spot the Secretary Bird, Black Chested Snake Eagle, Tawny and Marshal Eagles Carmine and Swallow Tailed Bee-Eaters, to pick just a few. The drive takes 3-4 hours and after this stunning experience return to lodge for lunch. Afternoon, go for a 2 hours boat cruise close to the Falls where the Nile thunders through a small 7-meter gap. Tailor safaris advises not to miss this most cruise to one of the amazing water falls in Africa! The banks of the Nile are home to many wildlife, aquatic and bird life species. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight, Meal plan: F/B   Day 5: Murchison Falls-Kibale forest national park  Have breakfast, after drive to Kibale forest the home of 13 primates including chimpanzee, white and black Columbus and vervet monkeys and variety of birds.  Travel via the southern corner of the Murchison falls to visit the rift valley escarpments and view other undulating land forms and the fabled mountain Rwenzori with lunch en-route. Evening visit the amazing crater lakes,  Dinner and overnight at Mountains of the Moon. Meal Plan/ FB Day 6: Chimpanzee trekking & Bigodi walk Have breakfast, transfer to the park head quarters for rules and regulations regarding the Eco tourism while in the forest. Set off into Kibale Forest National Park to search its families of habituated Chimpanzees – the forest is a home to an astonishing 13 species of Primate and provides one of the highest Primates densities in the world! Here on a guided walk, you may find families of Chimps and other primates like white and black Columbus, vervet monkeys. This experience is half day and after return to lodge for lunch. Afternoon go for a guided nature walk at Magombe/Bigodi Swamp. Expect to spot other primates like the sitatungas, vervet monkeys, white and black Columbus and birds like Black and White Casqued Hornbill, Emerald Cuckoo and a variety of Weavers, Warblers.  Return to lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B Day 7: Kibale-Queen Elizabeth National Park Have breakfast, after visit to the caves to experience the historical legendary of the Bachwezi, visit the falls, hike the hills as you view the panoramic arranged cones of mountain Rwenzori, view scenic crater lakes. Lunch and after embark our safari truck and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, the savannah grassland where you can spot variety of wildlife including the big five and savannah bird life species.  Dinner and Overnight at Bush Lodge. Meal Plan; FB Day 8: Game drive & Boat ride Dawn game drive to the Kasenyi mating area to search for early riser before they hide, look for other wildlife like Lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, Uganda Kob, water bucks and bush backs, oribi, topi. This experience takes 3-4 hours and after filled with the excitements return to lodge to lodge for breakfast and lunch. Afternoon prepare to 2 hours boat cruise along Kazinga channel which joins the Ramsar Lake George and Lake Edward, this cruise is a clear platform for clear view and photographs of wildlife and bird life species along the banks of the river. With time available visit the Katwe Crater Lake for bird watching the amazing flamingos as the sun is setting off. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B Day 9: Kyambura chimp trek-Bwindi National Park Have breakfast after go for Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura gorge which is awesome and on this trail expect to spot more other primates and birds. Return to the lodge for lunch-after embark our safari truck and proceed to Bwindi the home of mountain gorilla with Bwindi population currently at 400 species. It accessed via the Ishasha southern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park where as you trailing to Bwindi can search for tree climbing lions that rare in Africa. Take your time to spot these lions and other wildlife like elephants, buffaloes, leopards, warthogs, topi, Uganda Kobs among other. Proceed to the gorilla park for. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Community Bandas. Meal Plan: FB  Day10: Gorilla Tracking Have your early heavy breakfast, after proceed to the park head quarters for briefing about the do’s and don’ts while search and when you meet the gorillas. After enter into the jungle to search for the shy mountain gorillas, the experience is either whole/half day depending the movement of the primates. As you prepare to search the gorillas carry yourself the walkable shoes, rain gears, hut, insect repellents, sun screen, standard cameras and packed lunch and bottled mineral water. When you meet the gorillas sit down to spend your 1 hour allowed hour seeing the gorillas playing and take photos but no flash light. After being filled with this unforgettable experience return to your lodge. With time available and still energetic embark on foot community walk to the typical Bakiga homes, local traditional healers, local breweries, local schools, Batwa cultural performances and cultural craft shops. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B Day11: Bwindi-Lake Mburo National Park Have breakfast, after depart to Lake Mburo National Park an extension of Tanzanian plains that habits the rare impalas, elands and zebras, enjoy undulating terraced farming while arriving at Park and as you enter take en-route game drive to spot other wildlife and birds. Lunch-take boat cruise to spot some wildlife and bird life species like African Fin foot, Papyrus, Bush Shrike. Evening take a game drive to spot wildlife and birds, Dinner and overnight at Mburo Safari Lodge. Meal Plan: FB Day12: Lake Mburo-Entebbe Have breakfast, after go for foot safari in one of Lake Mburo forest to spot primates and birds as you listen to their interesting songs. This adventure is much informative from the explanation of the guide of the primates, birds, plants. Return to lodge for lunch and after embark our safari truck and drive back to Kampala-Entebbe with stop at Uganda tours, equator for unforgettable photographs, snacks and an informative talk.  After drive to the Airport for an evening flight.
