The Uganda classic safari will expose you to the most loved sites offering an abundance of wildlife for unforgettable experience into the wild life style of the remote areas of Uganda. A lot of wildlife encountered includes the Lions, Hippos, Buffaloes, Leopard, Spotted Hyena, Elephants, over 900 species of birds and an abundance of dense green forest! The activities encountered include the game drives, boat ride, nature walks and bird watching among others. 

Day 1: Kampala city excursion After your breakfast from your hotel, meet our guide from Tailor Safaris and start your Kampala city tour to historical sites like the Buganda trail, religious sites, Uganda museum, Bahai temple, Namugongo shrine and the African Craft Village.  Dinner and overnight at Africana Hotel Meal plan B/B Day 2: Entebbe/Kampala-Murchison Falls National Park . Have breakfast, after depart to north western Uganda with scenic drive view of undulating vegetations and land forms. Stop at Ziwa rhino sanctuary a home to the re-introduced rhinos which had extinct due to illegal hunting of local communities. Take the unforgettable rhino tracking in the wild-have picnic lunch at the Ziwa restaurant, after go for the rare shoe bill search riding the canoe dugout. Thereafter with filled experience proceed to the park where your Uganda tours will continue the following day. Dinner and overnight at Murchison River Lodge Meal plan: H/B  Day3: Game drive & Boat ride Dawn game drive to spot the early risers before they go into their hide and on this drive game viewing you will spot big fives like elephants, lions, Giraffe, buffaloes, leopards, and other wildlife species like Hartebeest, warthogs, water bucks and bush bucks as well as many of the other mammals of the park. For the birds you can spot the Secretary Bird, Black Chested Snake Eagle, Tawny and Marshal Eagles Carmine and Swallow Tailed Bee-Eaters, to pick just a few. The drive takes 3-4 hours and after this stunning experience return to lodge for lunch. Afternoon, go for a 2 hours boat cruise close to the Falls where the Nile thunders through a small 7-meter gap. Tailor safaris advises not to miss this most cruise to one of the amazing water falls in Africa! The banks of the Nile are home to many wildlife, aquatic and bird life species. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight, Meal plan: F/B  Day4: Murchison Falls-Kibale forest national park Have breakfast, after drive to Kibale forest the home of 13 primates including chimpanzee, white and black Columbus and vervet monkeys and variety of birds. Travel via the southern corner of the Murchison falls to visit the rift valley escarpments and view other undulating land forms and the fabled mountain Rwenzori with lunch en-route. Evening visit the amazing crater lakes, Dinner and overnight at Mountains of the Moon. Meal Plan FB  Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking & Bigodi walk Have breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for rules and regulations regarding the Eco tourism while in the forest. Set off into Kibale Forest National Park to search its families of habituated Chimpanzees – the forest is a home to an astonishing 13 species of Primate and provides one of the highest Primates densities in the world! Here on a guided walk, you may find families of Chimps and other primates like white and black Columbus, vervet monkeys. This experience is half day and after return to lodge for lunch. Afternoon go for a guided nature walk at Magombe/Bigodi Swamp. Expect to spot other primates like the sitatungas, vervet monkeys, white and black Columbus and birds like Black and White Casqued Hornbill, Emerald Cuckoo and a variety of Weavers, Warblers. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B  Day 6: Semliki National Park. Have breakfast we drive towards Semliki National Park. The scenic, winding road will lead us through green mountains and offers you a magnificent view at the River Semliki and Congo. After arriving in the protected area, a ranger will accompany us on a beautiful nature walk through the Ituri Rainforest. Enjoy the peacefulness of the forest, look out for the rich birdlife at the swamp and boil an egg in the hot springs that have become an interesting natural attraction. It will be completed with a picnic lunch provided by the guide, while you explore the real Africa. Later in the afternoon we return to Kibale Forest. Dinner and overnight at Mountains of the Moon. Meal Plan F/B  Day 7 : Kibale-Queen Elizabeth National Park Have breakfast, after visit to the caves to experience the historical legendary of the Bachwezi, visit the falls, hike the hills as you view the panoramic arranged cones of mountain Rwenzori, view scenic crater lakes. Lunch and after embark our safari truck and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, the savannah grassland where you can spot variety of wildlife including the big five and savannah bird life species. Dinner and overnight at Bush Lodge. Meal plan: F/B  Day 8: Game drive & Boat ride Dawn game drive to the Kasenyi mating area to search for early riser before they hide, look for other wildlife like Lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, Uganda Kob, water bucks and bush backs, oribi, topi. This experience takes 3-4 hours and after filled with the excitements return to lodge to lodge for breakfast and lunch.  Afternoon prepare to 2 hours boat cruise along Kazinga channel which joins the Ramsar Lake George and Lake Edward, this cruise is a clear platform for clear view and photographs of wildlife and bird life species along the banks of the river. With time available visit the Katwe Crater Lake for bird watching the amazing flamingos as the sun is setting off. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B  Day 9: Kyambura chimp trek-Bwindi National Park . Have breakfast after go for un-predictable Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura gorge which is awesome and on this trail expect to spot more other primates and birds. Return to the lodge for lunch-after embark our safari truck and proceed to Bwindi the home of mountain gorilla with Bwindi population currently at 400 species. It accessed via the Ishasha southern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park where as you trailing to Bwindi can search for tree climbing lions that rare in Africa. Take your time to spot these lions and other wildlife like elephants, buffaloes, leopards, warthogs, topi, Uganda Kobs among other.Proceed to the gorilla park for your Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Community Bandas. Meal plan: F/B  Day 10: Gorilla Tracking Have your early heavy breakfast, after proceed to the park headquarters for briefing about the do’s and don’ts while search and when you meet the gorillas. After enter into the jungle to search for the shy mountain gorillas, the experience is either whole/half day depending the movement of the primates. As you prepare to search the gorillas carry yourself the walkable shoes, rain gears, hut, insect repellents, sun screen, standard cameras and packed lunch and bottled mineral water. When you meet the gorillas sit down to spend your 1hour allowed hour seeing the gorillas playing and take photos but no flash light. After being filled with this unforgettable experience return to your lodge. With time available and still energetic embark on foot community walk to the typical Bakiga homes, local traditional healers, local breweries, local schools, Batwa cultural performances and cultural craft shops.  Day 11: Bwindi-Lake Bunyonyi. Have breakfast, after drive to Lake Bunyonyi, a beautiful and deepest Lake in Uganda, the lake has undulating land forms and beautiful dotted small islands which offer opportunities of bird watching and visit to local schools. Enjoy the boat cruise! Dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi Overland Camp. Meal plan: F/B  Day 12: Lake Bunyonyi Have breakfast, after go for boat ride on the lake visiting the beautiful small dotted islands while birding. Lunch and in the evening visit the Batwa cultural performances. Dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi resort Meal plan: F/B  Day 13: Lake Bunyonyi-Lake Mburo National Park Have breakfast, after depart to Lake Mburo National Park an extension of Tanzanian plains that habits the rare impalas, elands and zebras, enjoy undulating terraced farming while arriving at Park and as you enter take en-route game drive to spot other wildlife and birds. Lunch-take boat cruise to spot some wildlife and bird life species like African Fin foot, Papyrus, Bush Shrike. Evening take a game drive to spot wildlife and birds, Dinner and overnight at Mburo safari lodge. Meal plan: F/B  Day 14: Lake Mburo-Entebbe Have breakfast, after go for foot safari in one of Lake Mburo forest to spot primates and birds as you listen to their interesting songs. This adventure is much informative from the explanation of the guide of the primates, birds, plants. Return to lodge for lunch and after embark our safari truck and drive back to Kampala-Entebbe with stop at Uganda tours, equator for unforgettable photographs, snacks and an informative talk. Over night at Boma guest house.
